Sales and Agronomist Officer

Lombok, Sumbawa, Kediri

Zentide is looking for a highly capable Sales and Agronomist Officer to manage the end-to-end sales process for fertilizer and biostimulant products. Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle for fertilizer and biostimulant products, from prospecting to closing deals.

Execute demand creation activities in targeted sales areas, including demonstration plots, farmer meetings, one-day promotions, and other relevant activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present product information and sales proposals to potential clients.

Manage sales administration efficiently, including processing orders, tracking sales data, and maintaining accurate records.

Work closely with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Respond to product complaints and identify effective solutions for issues in the assigned area.

Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Magister's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant major. Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Agronomy.

Able to ride a motorcycle, own a personal motorcycle, and have a valid SIM C.

Fluent in the local language is a must.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with field teams and farmers.

Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment in Indonesia.

Willing to be placed in Lombok, Kediri, or Sumbawa and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
