Sales Collection Officer

Zentide is looking for a persistent and communicative Sales Collection Officer to support the financial health of our sales operations by managing accounts receivable and maintaining healthy cash flow from our retail partners.

Responsibilities

Monitor outstanding accounts and track overdue invoices from retail stores and distributors.

Conduct field visits and follow-up calls with clients to negotiate and secure timely payments.

Deliver or drop off products directly to agricultural retail stores (Toko Tani) and physically inspect the condition of goods stored in their warehouses.

Reconcile collected payments accurately and transparently with the Finance department.

Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients while firmly enforcing the company's payment terms.

Assist the Finance and Accounting Specialist with receivable accounts.

Provide regular collection reports and flag high-risk accounts to the Sales Director.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, sales administration, accounts receivable, or a related field.

Firm negotiation skills paired with excellent and polite communication.

Friendly, pleasant, and approachable personality with the ability to build strong emotional connections with local retailers.

High integrity, trustworthiness, and strong attention to numerical detail.

Possess valid driving licenses SIM C and SIM A for field collection mobility.

Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work environment of a startup.

Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia.
