Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) Manager

Zentide is looking for a highly capable HRGA Manager to build and maintain our most valuable asset: our people. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture and supporting the smooth execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end HR process, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit interviews.

Oversee end-to-end General Affairs (GA) operations, including company legalities, permits, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Manage office operations, facility maintenance, asset management, and vendor procurement.

Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations to ensure a productive, safe, and positive work environment.

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and division leaders in organizational development.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and GA management.

Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, including UU Ketenagakerjaan and UU Cipta Kerja, as well as company legal procedures.

Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Highly adaptable and resilient, with the ability and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile startup environment.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia, and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
