CIRQA is looking for an experienced Bar Head to lead bar operations, maintain exceptional beverage quality, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering memorable guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, beverages, hospitality, and operational excellence, serta understands that consistency is the key to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Head, Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Bar Supervisor.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Solid understanding of coffee, non-coffee beverages, inventory management, and beverage cost control.
* Strong knowledge of beverage preparation standards, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
* Understanding of espresso extraction, brewing methods, recipe standardization, and beverage consistency.
* Experience in specialty coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, hotels, or premium hospitality concepts.
* Experience leading bar operations during high-volume service or large-scale events.
* Basic English communication skills are preferred.
* Willing to be based in Kuta, Mandalika, Lombok.
