Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Solid understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, inventory management, and customer experience.
Confident in communicating in English, particularly when serving international guests.
Willing to be based in Kuta, Mandalika, Lombok.
