We are looking for a passionate Community, Partnership & Events Supervisor to build meaningful partnerships, create engaging experiences, and drive guest traffic through strategic community engagement and destination-based events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and turning partnerships into measurable business growth.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Development, Partnership, Events, Business Development, Marketing Activation, or Hospitality.
* Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in organizing events and collaborating with external partners.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to generate traffic, partnerships, and business opportunities.
* Confident communicating in English, especially with international guests and business partners.
* Willing to be based in Kuta, Mandalika, Lombok.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience leading Front-of-House or Service teams.
* Strong knowledge of guest experience and hospitality standards.
* Familiarity with POS systems and daily operational reporting.
* Experience handling high-volume service during events or peak business periods is an advantage.
