Maju Management is a growing villa and property management company based in Kuta, Lombok. We manage hospitality properties with a focus on professional operations, excellent guest experiences, and high service standards.

Our team works closely with villa owners, guests, and operational staff to ensure every property is maintained and operated efficiently. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for experienced and responsible individuals to join our hospitality management team.

Role overview
We are looking for a Villa Manager to oversee daily villa operations and ensure high-quality guest experiences across our managed properties.

This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and communication skills. You will coordinate villa staff, supervise operational performance, maintain service standards, and report directly to management and the Director of PT Maju Property Management.

Key responsibilities
Oversee daily villa operations and hospitality services

Coordinate villa staff and operational schedules

Ensure excellent guest experiences and service quality

Monitor villa cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards

Handle guest requests, issues, and operational problem-solving

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams

Ensure villas are properly maintained and operational at all times

Report operational updates directly to management and the Director of PT Maju Property Management

Support smooth communication between guests, staff, and management

Maintain high hospitality and service standards across all properties

Requirements
Experience
Experience in hospitality, hotel, or villa management

Previous experience managing teams or operational staff

Familiarity with villa operations and guest service standards

Core skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong organizational and operational coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations effectively

High attention to detail and service quality

Communication
Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken

Professional communication with guests, owners, staff, and management

Work style
Able to work flexible hours when required

Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented

Comfortable managing operational and guest-related situations

Strong teamwork and coordination mindset



Preferred qualifications
Experience in luxury villa or hospitality operations

Knowledge of hospitality systems and operational procedures

Existing hospitality experience in Lombok or Bali or overseas is an advantage
