Role overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Account Manager to oversee social media accounts, coordinate content production, and maintain smooth communication between clients and the creative team.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple accounts simultaneously. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and management to ensure all content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards before publishing.
Key responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across multiple clients and projects
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
Coordinate with content creators, editors, and designers
Communicate directly with clients and internal management
Review and ensure content quality before posting
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Monitor account performance and engagement
Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Assist with campaign planning and execution
Requirements
Experience
Experience in social media management or digital marketing
Experience handling multiple social media accounts
Familiarity with content scheduling and coordination workflows
Core skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and fast-moving projects
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Familiarity with platforms such as:

Communication
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Professional communication with clients and team members
Work style
Comfortable working remotely and on-site in Kuta Lombok
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications
Experience working in an agency environment
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies is a plus
