Working Location: Site Based - West Sumbawa

Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)

Some of your duties will include:

To supervise and direct the activities of AMNT maintenance (electrical - electrician) personnel

To ensure that adequate resources are available to meet production and maintenance needs

Reports all accidents and incidents in the work group to enable management to identify areas for improvement in work practices.

Communicates work group status to supervisor and interfaces with other departments.

Supervise employees of the unit/work group to ensure that all jobs are completed to the required standard.

Plan the daily work schedule and order materials and parts required to enable client needs to be met and resources used efficiently.

Liaise with and coordinate field and workshop activities with other maintenance supervisor, planners and production personnel to resolve problems and set maintenance priorities.

Schedules work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, employee vacations and training.

Identify training needs and recommend on the job training or basic training programs to improve work group effectiveness and safety.

What skills and experience do you need?

Tertiary degree with a major study area in Electrical/ HVAC or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles experience in a supervisory position in the mining industry, or an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary.

Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate.

Domestic electrical installations including white-goods, area lighting and general power distribution experience is essential.

Light industrial electrical installations experience is essential

Preferred or Specialized: Some experience on PLC and instrumentation

Demonstrate the ability to accurately identify, document, and report accidents and incidents, clearly communicate operational updates, and effectively supervise electrical, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration maintenance personnel to ensure proper diagnosis, repair, quality, and compliance with established standards.

Demonstrate the ability to plan, schedule, and control air‑conditioning maintenance activities, coordinate field and workshop operations, allocate resources and personnel effectively, prioritize work orders and preventive maintenance, and identify employee training needs to enhance technical and safety performance.

Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
