Working Location: Site Based - West Sumbawa

Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)

Some of your duties will include:

To Coordinate all civil jobs or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order.

To plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project and maintenance works, to deliver products which meet standard requirements on time and to budget while satisfying the client and company;.

Responsible for receiving work order and provide working schedule then to ensure all Civil work will be completed in good result and meet with standard or company regulation.

To coordinate all civil job or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order.

Comply with P2K2, PTO and regular safety inspection (weekly or monthly)

Provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order, Provide report after work order is completed.

Inspect every task and to make sure all done in a good manner.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in similar roles experience in a supervisory position focused on Civil Maintenance, Painting and Plumbing or an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary.

Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.

A substantial amount of time spent working in a supervisory capacity on infrastructure projects of mining industry, or an equivalent experience are necessary.

Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
