Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 1–2 years in a Supervisor or Manager role
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards, SOPs, and quality control
Proven ability to lead and manage a team and oversee daily operations effectively
Ability to create staff schedules, conduct briefings, and evaluate team performance
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling guest complaints professionally
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve revenue targets and improve guest spending
Good understanding of upselling strategies, customer experience, and service excellence
Basic knowledge of cost control, including food cost, labor cost, and inventory management
Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Familiarity with POS systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required
Professional appearance, confident personality, and strong hospitality mindset
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Experience in premium restaurants, lounges, or live music venues is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, high integrity, and a proactive attitude in driving outlet performance
