Sensei Ikan Restaurant Manager

Sensei Ikan is a high-end, reservations-only omakase concept focused on precision, intimacy, and omotenashi-style service. This is a lean, high-responsibility position.

Requirements:

Indonesian national with several years' experience in a senior position in a boutique property.

Confident, polished, and highly intuitive.

Multitasking talent who can be maître d', host, service lead, and cashier.

Very open, communicative personality who loves to engage with guests.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong interest in Japanese cuisine and sushi service.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the outlet is presented exceptionally well, including dining area cleanliness, and overall ambiance.

Taking care of guests from the point of reservation until the finale of their evening.

Guarantee guest satisfaction throughout the exclusive dining experience.

Accepting reservations, welcoming guests, serving guests and receiving payments.

Working closely with the head chef.

Handle cashing up, daily sales reports, and basic administrative duties.
