Jr. Sous Chef
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years as Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role
Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant preferred
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Solid knowledge of international and local cuisines
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Good organizational and time management skills
Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
Knowledge of menu planning, costing, and portion control
Understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
Experience with inventory management and kitchen administration
