Support the Manager Permitting in identifying permit requirements, conducting preliminary regulatory reviews, preparing execution plans and application packages, coordinating data collection with relevant departments, submitting and following up permits, and maintaining a complete, up-to-date permit register and reports to regulatory bodies.

Some of your duties will include:

Identify and assist in determining permit requirements based on project needs and regulatory obligations.

Conduct preliminary reviews of relevant regulations to help ensure permitting processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Prepare draft permitting execution plans to support timely processing of permits.

Coordinate with relevant departments to gather required information and documentation for permit applications.

Prepare and compile supporting documents for permit and license submissions to central and local government authorities.

Assist in verifying submitted documents and support government site visits related to permit processing.

Follow up on the status of permit applications with government institutions and related stakeholders to help ensure timely approvals.

Register and maintain records of obtained permits, monitor their validity, and support timely renewal applications.

Prepare and submit regular draft reports to regulatory bodies such as SIINAS, KKPRL, and ESDM regarding permitting progress and compliance status.

Maintain an updated and organized database of all permits and licenses to support compliance monitoring and audits.

Prepare weekly updates on permitting activities to inform relevant stakeholders of current status and progress.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Public Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.

Be able to interpret project scopes and map them to applicable permit requirements, review and summarize relevant regulations and standards to flag compliance needs, draft simple permitting execution plans with timelines, predecessors, and owners, and able to coordinate cross-functional data collection using checklists and trackers.
