To assist the Specialist Compliance Gov Payment in managing the permitting process for forestry operations, including obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from regulatory agencies.

Some of your duties will include:

Preparing and processing the data as well as and presenting the analysis) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements

Prepare spatial analysis and regulations related to operational plans that require the use of forest areas to be reviewed by Sr Specialist Compliance Gov Payment

Analyse with the Analyst Desk using Global Information system software on the distribution of land openings is in accordance with the regulations and permits set to be reviewed by Sr Specialist Compliance Gov Payment

Coordination and data analysis with internal departments related to the Project Plan and Project Realization of land provision activities, land clearing activities in the PTAMNT operational forest area for Exploitation and Exploration activities in terms of land use classification according to the function of the forest area stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations.

Support the coordination and communication with district government, provincial government and ministry regarding forestry activities and land clearing

Prepare periodic reports related to the fulfillment of the obligations of the holder of a Borrow-to-Use Forest Area Permit (IPPKH) including constraints and mitigation proposals to be reviewed by Sr Specialist Compliance Gov Payment

Conduct reconciliation and verification with the government regarding the amount of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) obligations on PTAMMAN activities as holders of forest area approval permits

Update and analyze related to government policies and regulations regarding the operations of PTAMMAN's production and exploration activities to be reviewed by Sr Specialist Compliance Gov Payment

Support Sr. spec Compliace Gov Payment to ensure the obligation to report and calculate PNBP of forestry activities is in accordance with the actual and rates set out in regulations

Conduct field surveys to monitor the forest area boundaries, logging activities, reclamation boundaries and watershed rehabilitation

Support Sr. Spec Compliance Gov Payment when there are verification, audit, monitoring and related government visits, regarding the operation of PT Amman as the permit holder

Prepare reports and database relating the information and SOPs regarding to the operations of sub department.

Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or forestry

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mining industry or related industry with the job description.

Experience working in forestry management, compliance, or related roles.
