Housekeeping Manager
Requirements:
Indonesian national with at least 2 years' experience as HK Manager in boutique hotels, villa resorts, or luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Well organized and good in time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations for villas, public areas, garden, and laundry.
Ensure all villas are cleaned, prepared, and inspected to the highest standards prior to guest arrival.
Manage daily room assignments, cleaning schedules, and productivity levels.
Work closely with Front Office to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and in-stay service as well as special requests.
Conduct regular training on cleaning standards, presentation, and guest interaction.
Manage housekeeping inventory, including linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely repairs and upkeep ensuring villas remain in excellent condition at all times.
