Rooms Division Manager
Requirements.
Indonesian national with overseas work experience.
Proven track record in managing front office, guest relations, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.
Hands-on leadership with experience in implementing and maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Quality-oriented person with can-do attitude and persistent in following up.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a luxury resort.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the resort's ambassador on the floor, regularly engaging with guests and handling service recoveries.
Ensuring top maintenance in all rooms together with Engineering.
Set the seal on excellent housekeeping standards together with the Housekeeping Manager.
Supporting our strong sustainable approach and conversion to become an adults-only resort.
Working closely with the Resort Manager and GM, with demonstrated ability to support executive level strategy and decision-making.
Ensuring full compliance with local regulations, safety, and hygiene standards, in line with luxury brand expectations.
