Income Audit / Accounts Receivable
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel accounting or finance.
Familiarity with hotel systems (Power Pro) is an advantage.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities:
Audit and verify daily revenue from all hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, etc.).
Review night audit reports and ensure transaction accuracy.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with related departments.
Handle billing and invoicing for guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments (Accounts Receivable).
Reconcile AR ledger and ensure all payments are properly recorded.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
