WE'RE LOOKING FOR GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

Unreal Digital Apps (ASAP, Shred, Proyek) are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate our user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will own the full-funnel marketing strategy, leveraging data-driven experimentation to identify and scale high-impact acquisition channels. The ideal candidate is a T-shaped marketer with a blend of analytical skills and creative flair, obsessed with finding creative solutions to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Develop and execute multi-channel strategies (Guerilla Marketing, Viral Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email) to hit aggressive acquisition and revenue targets.

Experimentation: Own the experiment backlog, conducting A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and onboarding flows to improve conversion rates (CRO).

Data Analysis: Monitor and report on KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS) using analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, UTM,) to optimize performance.

Funnel Optimization: Optimize the entire user journey from acquisition to retention, reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align growthi initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or user acquisition role.

Proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads).

Strong proficiency in web analytics tools and marketing automation software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Analytical mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic moves.
