About the role
ASAP Lombok is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our rapidly growing business. This is a full-time position based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven growth marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, content, and search engine optimisation
Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for growth, and continuously optimise marketing campaigns to improve performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Assist in the development and execution of brand-building activities to enhance ASAP Lombok's reputation and visibility in the market
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a growth marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in the e-commerce or hospitality industry
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content, and search engine optimisation
Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive strategy and optimisation
Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred
