WE'RE LOOKING FOR HOTEL CIVIL ENGINEER

Unreal Management is an integrated property group that develops and manages digital

nomad hotels, active surf camps, and hostels through out Indonesia. We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will manage all civil aspects of our proper-ties, including structural maintenance, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. You will ensure the hotel meets all safety, building, and environmental regulations, ensuring a seam-less experience for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Structural & Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain the building's physical

structure, including foundations, exterior walls, roofs, plumbing, and structural electrical or mechanical systems.

Project Supervision: Oversee renovation projects, upgrades, and new installations from design

to completion.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet local codes, fire safety regulations, and environ-mental health standards.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules to prevent operational disruptions.

Repair & Troubleshooting: Respond to structural repair requests and solve problems related to building systems (e.g., water ingress, structural cracking).

Vendor Management: Manage external contractors, architects, and engineers for major capital projects.

Budgeting: Assist in planning, budgeting, and cost estimation for repairs and facility improve-ments.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Conversational English

Be willing to work in Kuta Lombok

2+ years of experience in structural maintenance or construction, preferably in hospitality.

Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Al Interior Design.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
