SITE MANAGER
LPC & OGB is looking for an experienced Site Manager who is hands-on, able to lead site execution, and manage construction projects including buildings, resorts, and villas
↑ PLACEMENT: SOUTH LOMBOK, NTB (NUSA TENGGARA BARAT)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finishing stage Supervise and coordinate foremen, workers, and subcontractors
Monitor and control daily and weekly project progress
Ensure quality of work, especially finishing and architectural details
Coordinate with engineering, MEP, and management teams
Resolve technical and operational issues on site
Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or experienced vocational background
Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction projects (villa/resort experience is a plus)
Strong in site execution and team coordination
Experienced in managing foremen and workers
Able to read drawings and understand construction methods
Firm, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
