About the role
As Site Manager at Lombok Prime Construction, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing
Oversee all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, quality control, and health and safety compliance
Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other trade professionals to ensure efficient project delivery
Communicate regularly with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
Participate in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify and resolve any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the construction process
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site management or construction supervisory role
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field
