We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a financial operations and support the continued growth of a premium hospitality brand.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax submissions
• Oversee daily operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax reporting
• Implement internal controls and improve accounting systems
• Liaise with external accountants and consultants
• Build and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team
🎯 Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, ideally within luxury hospitality or F&B sector is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or local ERP systems)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax & financial regulations
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven leadership and team management experience
