[Hiring] Sales Manager – Luxury Property (HNWI)
Are you an expert in high-value real estate with a proven track record of closing deals for international investors and high-net-worth individuals?
✨ I am currently assisting one of our strategic partners, a premier land and property development company known for their "experience-driven" philosophy, to appoint a Sales Manager.
Based in beautiful Sanur, Bali, this role focuses on promoting luxury land plots and custom-built villas across the breathtaking landscapes of Lombok and Sumbawa.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales of luxury properties, including land plots, custom-built villas, and premium real estate assets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and international buyers.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value transactions.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support branding and promotional initiatives.
🧩 Key Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of proven track record in closing high-value deals.
Direct experience in luxury real estate (villas, land) is preferred; however, candidates with a background in luxury goods (jewelry, watches, designer fashion) will also be considered.
Exceptional negotiation and networking skills with affluent/HNWI clients.
Professional business fluency in English is mandatory (working directly with a British Founder and international stakeholders).
Willing to be based in Bali and travel frequently to Lombok and Sumbawa.
