We're Hiring: Site Supervisor (Lombok; project-based)

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to represent the developer on-site and oversee daily construction activities carried out by our appointed contractor.

Requirements:

- Basic technical construction background

- 3–5 years experience in building projects (villa/residential preferred)

- Experience as site supervisor or foreman

- Ability to read and understand drawings

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Honest, proactive, and disciplined

- Comfortable with daily reporting (WhatsApp, photos, videos)

Main Responsibilities:

- Daily monitoring of construction progress

- Quality control of workmanship and materials

- Ensure works follow drawings and agreed standards

- Identify and report issues or deviations early

- Coordinate with contractor and suppliers when needed

- Send daily written updates + photo/video documentation

- Report any delays, risks, or irregularities immediately
