Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a hot kitchen environment.
Proficient in fundamental cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, and frying.
Able to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness during service.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Willing to work shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook hot kitchen menu items according to standard recipes.
Ensure mise en place is fully prepared before service.
Maintain food quality, flavor consistency, and presentation standards.
Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean and organized.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
