Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pastry or bakery production.
Strong foundation in dessert, cake, and pastry preparation techniques.
Creative in dessert presentation and plating.
Knowledgeable about hygiene and food safety standards.
Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and produce desserts, cakes, and pastries according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
Conduct mise en place before production and service.
Maintain cleanliness of the pastry section and equipment.
Assist in developing new dessert menu items when required.
