We Are Hiring: Pool Attendant
Qualifications
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
Proven experience as a Pool Attendant or Lifeguard in a star-rated hotel.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the swimming pool area.
Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety at all times.
Clean the swimming pool and surrounding areas regularly.
Refill and replace pool water as required.
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on pool equipment and facilities.
Monitor and manage chemical levels to maintain optimal water quality.
Assist guests by arranging tables and chairs in the pool area.
Ensure the cleanliness of supporting facilities such as restrooms, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
