Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stocked, labeled, and available for daily service.
Monitor stock rotation and communicate ordering needs to the Manager.
Follow all hygiene, cleaning regulations, and food safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
