Key Responsibilities
Curate and deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience from pre-arrival to post-stay
Act as the main point of contact for guest communication (WhatsApp, email, booking platforms)
Personalize guest journeys by understanding preferences and creating tailored experiences
Manage social media platforms with engaging, on-brand content
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
Monitor guest feedback and reviews, and translate insights into service improvements
Ensure all guest touchpoints align with SOMA’s brand identity and standards
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
Creative, proactive, able to multitask, and detail-oriented
Previous experience in hospitality, marketing, or guest relations
Basic skills in content editing apps or tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut) preferred
