This is a remote position primarily based in Lombok or Bali, with occasional in person meetings when the Director is in Indonesia.

Assistant to the Director
Remote - Lombok/Bali Based
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director/CEO
Handle communication with clients and partners in English
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
Support recruitment activities and help build the local team
Coordinate projects and ensure follow-ups on tasks and deadlines
Assist with general business operations as needed
Requirements
Indonesian citizen
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Based in Lombok, preferably near Kuta Lombok
Experience in project management
Experience in recruitment or human resources
Basic knowledge of accounting or financial administration
Ability to speak Chinese is a plus
Working Arrangement
Remote work, with occasional presence required in Lombok
Occasional meetings in Bali
