🌿 We’re Hiring: Senior Accounting (Hospitality)

📍 Location: Kuta Mandalika, Lombok

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

As our hospitality portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Accounting Staff with strong experience in the hospitality industry and hands-on expertise in Xero Accounting Software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

- Ensure accurate recording of hospitality revenue streams and cost allocations.

- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes.

- Conduct financial analysis and report variances.

- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors if required.

- Maintain accurate financial data in Xero and ensure proper system reconciliation.

- Support internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with mandatory experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, hotel, beach club, or similar).

✅ Proficient and experienced in using Xero Accounting Software (required).

✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and cost control.

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

✅ Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Able to join immediately is preferred.
