PT Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures.

Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

About the role 

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our properties and ensure all facilities operate efficiently and safely. You will supervise daily maintenance activities, manage technical teams, and ensure all building systems and facilities are functioning properly to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities across properties.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities).

Conduct regular inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Manage maintenance schedules and monitor task completion.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs or specialized services.

Maintain proper documentation and maintenance reports.

Qualifications & Experiences:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience with supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in hospitality, commercial buildings, or property management)

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Leadership skills with experience supervising technical teams.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple properties/projects.

Willing to be based in Lombok.

Able to join immediately is preferred.
