PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

We are looking for a Project Admin to support our construction projects by ensuring smooth administrative coordination, documentation accuracy, and effective communication between site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation (drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence).

- Support project teams with daily administrative tasks and data entry.

- Track project schedules, site reports, and progress documentation.

- Assist in preparing meeting minutes, weekly reports, and project updates.

- Coordinate communication between the project site, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

- Maintain filing systems and ensure project records are up to date and well-organized.

- Support procurement and request order documentation related to project needs.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project administration or construction support.

✅ Familiar with construction documentation and project workflows.

✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Experience in construction or hospitality projects is a plus.

✅ Able to join immediately is preferred.
