RECEPTIONIST LEADER
Job Description
Responsible for leading the front desk team in handling guest check in and check out processes, managing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring professional, efficient, and high quality front office service.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
At least two years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Leader.
Well groomed with a professional appearance.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in hotel systems such as Opera, VHP, or similar systems.
