ROOM DIVISION COORDINATOR

Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating overall room operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure smooth guest services, maintain room quality standards, and maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field

At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Familiar with hotel reservation and operational systems

Excellent communication skills and strong guest service orientation

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
