HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Leads the housekeeping team in daily operations. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring the resort’s hygiene standards are consistently met. Ensures tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Detail oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and organization.

Able to assign tasks and arrange staff schedules effectively.

Capable of handling guest complaints in a professional manner.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Good communication skills. Basic English proficiency is an advantage.
