📢 We’re Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor 

 

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

 

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our hospitality properties, ensuring all facilities, utilities, and equipment are in excellent working condition. You will lead the maintenance team, manage schedules, and coordinate with operations to ensure minimal downtime and high-quality guest experiences.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across properties (restaurants, beach club, villas, hotel).

* Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems.

* Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.

* Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

* Ensure all works comply with safety standards and company procedures.

* Provide reports and updates to management regarding maintenance activities.

🔹 Qualifications:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision (hospitality industry experience is a plus).

* Strong technical knowledge of building systems.

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

* Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented.
