Position: Waiter / Waitress
Location : Knalpot Restaurant, Codium Beach Restaurant and Thai Thai Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Provide menu knowledge and recommend items to guests
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables
Process bills and payments accurately
Follow restaurant SOP, hygiene, and safety standards
Work closely with kitchen and service team
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage (fresh graduates welcome)
Friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude
Good communication skills
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Team player with a positive mindset
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Experience to use POS (ABACUS) is a plus
