Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction

Train, mentor, and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment

Assist in inventory control, stock management, and ordering supplies

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Address customer concerns and resolve any service-related issues

Support in planning and executing events or special promotions

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to maintain seamless operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B/hospitality industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
