HR Generalist Officer
As an HR Generalist Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Zentide’s human resources operations. This position requires strong multitasking skills to manage personnel administration, foreign worker compliance, and company culture development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee administration, including payroll calculation, BPJS (Health and Employment), and leave and attendance records.
• Draft and register Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan/PP) and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Handle foreign worker legality documents, including RPTKA, KITAS, and IMTA.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and employee onboarding.
• Coordinate training needs and employee development programs.
• Handle industrial relations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management, with Psychology preferred.
• One to two years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, including UU Cipta Kerja, PPh 21, and BPJS systems.
• Experience in handling expatriate formalities (TKA permits) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for communication with management and expatriates.
• High level of integrity with the ability to maintain data confidentiality, detail-oriented, and communicative.
• Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainable agriculture.
• Willing to be based in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
