Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field

Minimum two years of experience in a managerial role at three- or four-star hotels

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards

Ability to prepare and manage departmental budgets

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English with a professional appearance
