Plant Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and leadership-driven Plant Manager to lead our biostimulant processing plant operations in Lombok. This role will oversee the entire production process, from raw material management (seaweed) to final product quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily plant operations to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high quality standards (GMP/ISO).
Manage the raw material supply chain, with a specific focus on seaweed handling and processing.
Oversee machine maintenance, plant utilities, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Lead the production team and foster a disciplined, performance-driven, and target-oriented work culture.
Coordinate production, technical, and warehouse teams, including creating efficient work schedules.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to HQ management.
Implement cost-efficiency initiatives and continuous process improvement programs.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize production waste and ensure proper waste management in compliance with environmental regulations (AMDAL).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical), Biotechnology, or Marine Science.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing or plant environment at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
Strong knowledge of seaweed characteristics and processing methods.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for reporting and technical coordination.
Strong leadership, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a solid understanding of quality management systems.
Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainable agriculture.
Willing to be based in Central Lombok, NTB.
