We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and hands-on project control from planning to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and handover).
Manage project schedule, budget, quality control, and risk mitigation.
Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Review cost plans, Variation Orders, billing, and contractual documents.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record in high-rise, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera.
Strong knowledge of cost control, QA/QC, procurement, and risk management.
