Role Description
This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Lombok, Indonesia. The Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, conducting inspections, and ensuring seamless communication among various stakeholders. The individual will be at the forefront of driving projects to completion while adhering to quality, timeline, and budget goals.
Qualifications
Comprehensive Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery management
Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure project milestones are met
Knowledge of Inspection protocols to maintain the highest quality standards
Strong Logistics Management skills for efficient resource allocation and supply chain coordination
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
Proven track record in managing real estate development projects is an advantage
Familiarity with environmental and cultural considerations is a plus
A Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred
