About the role
As the Sales Marketing Manager at Sikara Lombok Hotel, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates. This is a contract position based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. You will be working closely with the hotel management team to develop and execute effective strategies to reach new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's services and facilities
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, travel agents, and other strategic stakeholders
Analyse market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
Manage the hotel's online presence, including website, social media, and online listings
Coordinate with the hotel's reservation and front office teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing activities, and performance metrics
Collaborate with the hotel's management team to develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing campaigns
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
Analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and interpret data
Familiarity with the tourism industry and market trends in the region
