About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this contract position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness for our luxury resort hotel. The role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant tourist destination and contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking

Managing and optimising the hotel's online presence, including website, social media channels and online booking platform

Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and other industry partners

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Analysing performance data to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions

Effectively communicating with the hotel's management team to report on sales and marketing activities

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of the tourism and hotel landscape in Indonesia, particularly in the Lombok region

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing campaign

A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
