About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our luxurious beachfront hotel located in the stunning Central Lombok region of West Nusa Tenggara.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive bookings

Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue targets

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners, including travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content and social media posts

Coordinating and attending industry events, trade shows and sales missions to promote the hotel

Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance, and adjusting strategies as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing campaigns

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and digital marketing platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
