GUEST RELATIONS (SERVICE)
As a Guest Relations team member, you are the face of the restaurant ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed, attended to, and valued. You create a smooth and memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate guest preferences or special occasions to the service team.
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any
feedback promptly.
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, specials, and restaurant events to assist guests.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure excellent overall experience.
Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
